We decided years ago that it is best to serve our clients by coming to them. This means we meet with our clients in the comfort and privacy of their home or office. Otherwise, we meet at a convenient neutral location. For many clients, getting to an attorney’s office during business hours is not practical or possible. That’s why we regularly meet with clients during times most convenient to them. This includes evenings and weekends.
With modern communications, much of the correspondence by lawyers today is handled electronically. However, we still believe that personal contact with our clients is best. We take the time to meet with clients in places comfortable to them. This usually helps to ease some of the anxiety that typically surrounds legal matters our clients face. Discussing a sensitive lawsuit or estate plan in one’s living room is typically much easier than in an unfamiliar office of the attorney.
